Permit applications push Westcourt development closer to groundbreaking
The long-awaited $500 million Westcourt development in downtown Orlando is getting closer to groundbreaking.
The city is working with developers, who are beginning to submit construction permit applications.
The 900,000-square-foot, mixed-use project is planned just north of the Kia Center. It is being developed through a joint venture involving the Orlando Magic’s DeVos family, Houston-based Machete Group and San Francisco’s JMA Ventures.
