In-depth look at new sports and entertainment district coming to Orlando
A new sports and entertainment district called Westcourt Orlando is set to break ground later this year in downtown Orlando, promising a vibrant live-work-play space.
"We're very excited. This has been a key redevelopment site for us for a long time," Orlando Mayor Buddy Dyer said.
"It really is going to be a magnet for downtown. Our intention is that the development will operate 365 days a year, whether there's an event here at the Kia Center or not," Alex Martins, CEO of the Orlando Magic, said.
